Our goal is to have your order processed within 1-2 business days depending on production of items ordered, size of order, and availability. Once Shipped, it usually takes 3-5 business days for the shipment to be received.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
To be eligible for refund or exchange, items after the first bottle or tub must be in new condition. Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. Returns and exchanges are accepted as long as the return process was submitted within 30 days after the delivery date.

Defective Products
What Qualifies?
A product that arrives with damaged capsules, or broken seals would qualify as a defective product. A person physically checks every bottle before it ships out, but we understand mistakes can happen. We want to make it right at minimal inconvenience to you.
How to Resolve it?
Simply contact our team to notify us of the defective bottle or jar. Send us an image or video showing what is wrong. And we'll work with you on possible resolutions!
